Caddo Lake is the only natural lake in Texas

Scenario

When an 8-year-old girl disappears on Caddo Lake, a series of past deaths and disappearances begin to connect, altering the history of a broken family. There is a scene where Anna's mom says Marshall County, later she says Harrison County.

But it's also hard to get past the very slow pace

The first 1/4 of the movie nothing happens and it feels pretty boring... and while things start to happen at that point, it's only halfway through that the movie really gets interesting.

But when it does, it's really worth it

I understand that setup is essential and necessary for the rest of the movie, but I think they could have done it with better pacing; and if they had, I'd probably give this movie an 8/10. And for a movie with no big name actors, they all do a great job.
